Tandem Northwest provides 24-hour support and care for adults who experience intellectual and developmental disabilities at our modern, comfortable residential group homes.

Who We Are

We currently operate eleven 24-resident homes in Marion County, Oregon and are licensed by the state of Oregon to provide Supported Living services, which provide individuals with the aid, opportunity and empowerment to shape the direction of their own lives.

Jason Christensen

Behavior Professional

Jason started working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities back in 2008 as a Direct Care Staff. Jason first started working for Tandem in 2013.


He loves snowboarding and spending time with his wife and son. He loves playing and watching most sports.

Jen Cuff

Medical Assistant

Jen has worked in the DD field since 2008. She started her journey with Tandem as Direct Care Staff in 2010, then moved to Residential Coordinator in 2015. In November 2017, Jen agreed to become the Medical Assistant, utilizing her strengths in Medication Administration and focusing on the overall health of each client.


Jen enjoys reading and watching movies. She also loves the outdoors, hiking and spending time with her family.

Titus McDermeit

Residential Coordinator

Titus has been working in the DD field for 12 years. He loves helping his clients, and being there to celebrate their achievements with them.


In his free time, he enjoys watching movies, kayaking, and going on adventures.
